Community Rosters v3!! OFFLINE VERSION [PREVIEW]

I have started getting requests for an 

OFFLINE / NON-STEAM version of the Rosters.

The next Release will have 2 versions!!

STEAM VERSION

OFFLINE VERSION

The new version of the Rosters will require you 

REMOVE ALL the PORTRAIT FILES 

currently in your WAIGUA Folder 

since there are duplicates that are blocking 

PORTRAITS from displaying properly.

Portrait files start with  chr_rxxxxx_a1.iff
 This will fix ALL the previous Portrait issues.
